SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We process all orders within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. Orders are packaged Monday through Friday. Please allow additional time for order fulfillment around Holidays, large sales, and new product releases.
USA Domestic ShippingDomestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS. Average transit time after your order has been packaged by our fulfillment team and has left our warehouse is 1-5 business days.
Once your order has been pulled from the queue, packaged, and has left our warehouse, you receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email that will include a link to your USPS tracking.
Displayed delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. In some cases, USPS can take longer to deliver a package than expected. No refunds or discounts are warranted for slow delivery times.
Lost, Stolen, & Undeliverable Packages
You as the customer are responsible for entering your complete and accurate shipping address including apartment/unit numbers if applicable.
If a package is returned to EMPYRE LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" or “return to sender”, you have the right to notify us via email and request a refund. We will then issue a refund (less shipping & handling) for the returned product. This refund will be given back with the same form of payment used to place the order. EMPYRE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is marked as successfully delivered by USPS or other 3rd party shipping service, it will be deemed successfully delivered.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all EMPYRE products sold through this website as long as the products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in.
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
- Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
- The EMPYRE order number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
- EMPYRE is not responsible for the cost associated with shipping your product back to our warehouse for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued less shipping and handling and will be approved/denied and processed once the item has reached our warehouse and been inspected.
- At our discretion, we may deny a return/refund, offer a partial refund, or charge a restocking fee, in particular, if any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or if there are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

- For any product or part that may become defective within 180 days of delivery, we will offer a replacement 100% free of charge (including return shipping if necessary).
- If any product or part becomes defective after 180 days of delivery (while still within the product’s warranty period), we will offer a free replacement, and you will only have to cover the shipping cost.
- If you are not happy with a replacement, you can also get a store credit.

*Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. The Warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to customer.
